Life of Pi

So far Pi is being picked on because of his name and the author is describing the fathers zoo. So far I think that Pi is a peon I wouldn’t change my name at all I would beat their butt before I changed my name. I think that he author is doing good at portraying Pi as a peon. I believe there are a lot of people who let others walk all over him. Pi argues with Mr. Kumar about his religion. His father took Pi and his brother through the zoo and told them about the different animals and how they can kill you. The reason their father did this is because Pi’s brother did something and his father blamed them both. His father tells them the dangers of not locking the gates back when you feed the animals. His father told him about a leopard that jumped over the gate in 1933  and got loose. He has changed his religion and then he decided to have two religions.
